1) complete tear out (except for vanity cabinets and mirror which we kept), removing all wallpaper

6) MirrorMate Frames installed on the large mirror over vanity cabinets
7) new stained glass lighting over vanity, install new recessed lighting over vanity
8) new exhaust fan
9) Toto Toilet
10) vertical tile on walls on back of tub and mirror wall to resemble a bamboo (southwest look)
11) Solid surface sink top and sinks
12) in-line heat pod to quickly warm up bathroom (with programmable thermostat)
13) totally frameless glass surround with ShowerGuard Technology to protect glass
14) Paint bathroom ceiling and walls
15) Accessories: Towel bars, TP holder, rings, etc
