GOALS:
1) Open up all three areas of Current Layout (Toilet Room/Vanity Room/Closet)
2) Add an AIR Tub in the area where the current Closet room is located
3) Build an expanded size shower
4) Take some space from the Master Bedroom and transform that into a new walk-in Closet
5) Add Custom Organization in the new walk-in closet
4) Add lighting
5) Brighten the room
